A note of caution to our patrons: Be wary of buying tickets to The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park from any third-party website. The San Diego Symphony will only honor tickets/QR codes purchased through The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, San Diego Symphony's Ticket Office, TheShell.org, SanDiegoSymphony.org or through our mobile site/app. Tickets/QR codes issued from authorized ticketing partners such as Ticketmaster will also be honored.
Patrons purchasing tickets through third-party ticket brokers, such as StubHub, Craigslist or individuals reselling their tickets, assume full risk for potentially fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized vendors. The Symphony has no way of validating or replacing tickets that were not purchased through us directly. We cannot reprint or give refunds for an invalid ticket or a duplicate ticket created by an unscrupulous vendor or a ticket sold for a higher price than the ticket's printed face value.

Note: all single ticket purchases include a handling fee and a facility fee, which are included in the prices you'll see offered on this website.
Call our Ticket Office to purchase your series subscription at 619.235.0804, or use our secure online order forms to purchase subscriptions to San Diego Symphony concerts. All currently available subscriptions are noted on our Subscriptions Page. Please bear in mind that artists, dates, concert locations and repertoire may be subject to change.
The San Diego Symphony Ticket Office is located in the west end of the Symphony Towers lobby at 750 B Street, at the NE corner of 7th Avenue and B. The Rady Shell box office is available during the open hours noted above and can service all San Diego Symphony ticketing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or cancellations, and no exchanges of rental event tickets.
Subscribers may exchange a limited number of concerts in their subscription package by contacting the ticket office. Individual concert tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, but can be donated as a tax-deductible gift by contacting the ticket office. Note: On-account credits generated by open-ended exchanges must be used within the current season they were generated, and may not be used for Special Concerts.
Ticket reprinting by the Ticket Office for any reason will cost $1 per ticket with proper ID.

Discount tickets for groups are available for both subscription and non-subscription concerts (excluding outside events) for as few as 10 individuals in some cases. For further information, please call 619.235.0804. or e-mail us at tickets@sandiegosymphony.org.
San Diego Symphony gift certificates currently available. You can purchase certificates in any amount either online, in person, by phone or by mail. Please note that gift certificates are not redeemable for Gift Shop merchandise. All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed for online orders.
If you cannot use a ticket for an upcoming concert, we would very much appreciate it if you could donate that ticket back to the Ticket Office (preferably several days in advance!) for a potential resale. You can also mail such a ticket to 1245 7th Ave., San Diego, CA 92101 (Attn: Ticket Office) or fax your ticket to 619.231.3848. Tickets must be turned in anytime up to 24 hours in advance of your concert. A receipt will be mailed acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution. (We would be unable to accept any tickets for tax deduction purposes after the concert has begun or passed.)
San Diego Symphony offers discount tickets to students for most concerts at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park and at Jacobs Music Center. To redeem online, please check with your school administration for your school’s discount code. To redeem in person, please provide your student ID at the box office.
To renew your San Diego Symphony membership, become a member of the San Diego Symphony Circle of Friends or make a donation to the San Diego Symphony, please call 619.615.3901 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday or donate online any time. For giving levels and benefits, please check the "Symphony Membership" section here on the Symphony website. San Diego Symphony is non-profit 501 (c)(3) organizations and contributions may be tax-deductible. Please contact your financial advisor for further clarification.
Please note that San Diego Symphony will NOT honor tickets for San Diego Symphony concerts purchased through third party entities. (Exception: certain Symphony-produced events may be sold through Ticketmaster.) The Symphony will only honor Symphony tickets or receipts issued by the Symphony Ticket Office. Acceptance of third-party tickets to non-Symphony events at Symphony Hall is strictly at the discretion of the presenting organization.
