Alongside this work are colorful works by the French composers Lili Boulanger and Maurice Ravel, and the vibrant Spanish ballet music of Manuel de Falla. The finale of the afternoon, John Williams’ "Flying Theme" from E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, ignites the imagination with its uplifting iconic melody, capturing the spirit of wonder that defines this heartwarming tale of family, friendship and the unknown.
